For all skin types, however, should not be used on hypersensitive or irritated skin.
How to Use
To prevent contamination, use the copper spoon included in the box to remove a small amount of GAIA. Apply to damp or wet skin and gently massage the scrub on your skin for up to one minute. Avoid the fragile skin around the eyes. Add water if needed for more slip. Rinse well to remove all the bamboo grains. Pat your skin dry and feel your amazing, renewed, soft, moist skin.

Tips
• For sensitive skin or for a more gentle approach for sensitive skin, blend GAIA with1-2 pumps of SRI
or JAI cleanser before massaging on skin.
• For a deeper exfoliation, apply GAIA to damp or wet skin as a mask allowing it to remain on your skin
for 10-15 minutes. Best is too lie down after applying the GAIA ‘mask’ and lay a warm damp wash
cloth or towel over your face. This will support a more intense action of the fruit enzymes on your
skin. After 10-15 minutes, add water and massage GAIA on your skin for up to 1 minute.
Rinse well when finished.
• For a deep skin purification treatment, blend about ¼ tsp GAIA with PURA mask, then apply to your
face avoiding the eye area. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. Splash water on your skin and gently
scrub in circular movements for about one minute to remove extracted debris and dead skin cells.
Rinse well. GAIA may also be blended with VIDA mask for a more skin-softening result.
• Use GAIA to exfoliate back of hands, feet or any skin surface where surface smoothing is desired.
