Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Schedule To protect the integrity of our organic and wildcrafted skincare products, we ship orders only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesdays. This ensures our products with alive, active ingredients do not sit in transit facilities over weekends where they may be exposed to extreme temperatures.
Shipping Methods We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Returns Policy
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products containing alive, active ingredients that are vulnerable to heat and travel conditions, we do not accept returns once products have been purchased and shipped. All sales are final.

Defective Products & Damaged Artwork
Defective Skincare Product Policy
If you receive a skincare product with a defective bottle, jar, pump, spray mechanism, or other packaging component, we will gladly replace the defective item.
Damaged Artwork Policy
If you receive artwork that has been damaged during shipping, we can replace it upon receiving proof of damage. All artwork sales are otherwise final.
